Aimed at senior or aspiring senior leaders this course will explore their role in raising the quality of teaching and learning across the school. It will address core business – ensuring high quality for all students. It will look at data use, how lessons are observed, Ofsted and National Curriculum (NC) changes, and give a range of practical strategies.
